Hold Fast
Description
Forged spring-steel holdfast. Designed to fit into a 19mm hole. Please ensure your workbench is between 45mm and 70mm thick to allow for proper clamping. If your workbench is thicker, simply countersink the hole to a 30mm diameter from underneath (see diagram below). This highly durable tool is treated with camellia oil to prevent oxidation and comes with a leather pad to protect your workpieces during clamping.
Does not work with a thickness of less than 45 mm.

Please note that the tool is supplied oiled and with an unfinished surface on the shaft. Be sure to remove the oil and lightly sand the shaft so that the holdfast does not slip in the workbench hole.
